These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of the services provided by Irma's Davarashvili Artistic swimming  School ("Service," "Services," "We," "Us," or "Our") and the access and use of our website. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from accessing or using our Services.

 

1. Eligibility and Registration:

 

a. You must be at least 18  years old to use our Services or have parental consent to do so.

 

b. When registering for our Services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

 

2. Intellectual Property:

 

a. All content, trademarks, logos, and other materials displayed on our website and in our Services are the sole property of Irma's Davarashvili  Artistic Swimming School, unless otherwise stated. You can not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our intellectual property without prior written consent from us.

 

b. You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Services, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use our content for the purpose of providing and promoting our Services.

 

3. Code of Conduct:

 

a. You agree to use our Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and to respect the rights and privacy of others.

 

b. You are prohibited from engaging in any behavior that is harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or violates the rights of others and Irma's Davarashvili Artistic Swimming Club.

 

c. You are responsible for the content you submit to our Services and agree not to transmit any content that is defamatory, infringing, or contains viruses or malicious code.

d. I understand and acknowledge that participation in Irma's Davarashvili Artistic Swimming School activities at the involves inherent risks, including the risk of personal injury or property damage. I assume full responsibility for any such incidents that may occur during club activities. I hereby release the Irma's Davarashvili Artistic Swimming School, its coaches, staff members, and volunteers from any liability arising from such incidents.

 

4. Payments and Refunds:

 

a. Payment for our Services is required as outlined in our pricing and payment terms. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

 

b. All fees paid for our Services are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

 

5. Disclaimer of Liability:

 

a. Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of our Services.

 

b. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services.

 

6. Termination:

 

a. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of this Agreement.

 

b. Upon termination, all provisions of this Agreement that would reasonably be expected to survive termination shall remain in effect.
